A very nice, quaint and personable establishment and staff. They were knowledgeable in every area, and I even tried to stump them, but if one person didn't have the answer, they went and found someone who did. They don't lead customers on and truly serve their clientele at the highest level of customer service. That was my first visit, I was pleasantly impressed, and I will definitely be returning. They're the \helping\ store.

I have been involved in music on some level most of my forty-eight years and am a music educator. Jackson’s Music has a personal touch that is rare in music retail. I have purchased many musical instruments and accessories from Doug and Steve through the years. Jackson’s is my hometown music dealer. Some things were atypical like Bass Harmonicas and others like Flute, Saxophones, and Bass Clarinets. These guys are authorized dealers in many products. If you have an item or items you want or need and don’t see it, ask! Doug and Steve will go out of their way to assist you! I am certainly a happy regular and a loyal one! I have purchased many musical instruments and accessories from Doug and Steve through the years. Jackson’s is my hometown music dealer, I am originally from the Atlanta area. Some of the things I have purchased from them through the years include Bass Harmonicas, Flutes, Saxophones, Bass Clarinets, Tubas, and String Basses. Mostly low frequency instruments, as well as many accessories. Secondly, Jackson’s Music is an authorized dealer in many products if you inquire and do your research. If you have an item or items you want or need and don’t see it in the store, ask! Doug and Steve will go out of their way to assist you and special order it for you!
