2nd wig, wasn't happy w/the 1st but gave her another chance. Thick tracks (have to put heat on hair to keep them down, temporarily), track extends further out than the lace (to my temples). Sheds, stray short hairs so have to use hairspray all the time. A faulty unit, poorly made, and she will not refund. BBB is next!
