This was the first visit--but my initial visit was so encouraging. I was in so much pain and unable to sleep. The staff were amazing, welcoming and genuinely happy to have me there. So many office staff are so impersonal and make you know that you are just a patient...but, each member of the team focused on making my interaction with them personal...and that's special!

Not sure if they are going to be helpful with my back as the therapy definitely made things worse for 2 days so far, but the doctors and staff seem to be carrying but on do so much at a time and don't check everything out at one time. As in my situation only x-rayed my lower back even though I am having problems with upper and shoulder also. And to me it is rude for the nurses to be speaking Spanish to each other in the room around patients when they clearly can both speak English.

Everything was fine, just didn't understand what happen to the medication he said he wanted me to take. He knows I am in a lot of pain. He never sent it to the pharmacy. All and all He is a very good Dr.
