My washer decided to stop spinning and draining on Friday night. I called Orphe’s on Saturday morning; although they could not schedule anything for the weekend. I was assured that they could come out at 8am on Monday to assess my problem. They kept their word, the technician called 30 mins before to let me know he was in route. He arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. Definitely a PLUS! Most repair companies give you time window and have your waiting all day. The tech was knowledgeable and fixed my issue and the price was reasonable. Hopefully, I don’t need to repair anything else soon but if I do; I will certainly be using them again.

Mr Orphe was very professional and prompt with his call back. I emailed them about 8pm at night and he called around 8am the next day. He was to my house later that day and fixed my dryer in no time. I am so thankful for him because I hate the laundry mat. Very reasonable and professional!!!!!
It was a pleasure working with the company. I was away from the property needing repair and that wasn't an issue. Easy to set appointment, showed up as scheduled, gave constant update about progress, call when on the way.....i was impressed. Thank you and will definately call again if needed.
