The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The equipment is wiped down regularly to prevent the spread of germs but most of the patrons are pretty good at wiping down their equipment when they're done using it. Many machines are marked off as not to be used so that social distancing can be effectively implemeted and a mask is required to enter the facikity. All machines are always in working condition also.

Nice professional, clean healthy environment. Staff was great everyone was respectful of the mask policy. Absolutely no complaints, WELL MAYBE THEY COLUD HAVE A PIZZA PARLOR AFTER A HARD WORKOUT.
The manager at this location refused to provide me a disposable mask. As a black card member who frequents multiple locations, I’ve never been denied such a basic request. All of the other locations provide exceptional customer service to its members except this one. Save your time do not come here. Update: Obviously Planet fitness has missed the mark. The solution to speak with the manager at this location about my experience that I had with the manager is asinine. This is a generic response that will not provide a solution to the incompetence and poor training under the direction of management.
