This is the first time I've used a storage facility and I didn't know what to expect. Well what I got was a very pleasant woman on the phone. Vickie was quite helpful to me because I had to trust her as I was in another state.I explained why I needed it and what I was going to put in it and she directed me from there. When I finally moved the space was just what I wanted. I also love that I can enter anytime day or night. Most other facilities close by 6pm.
I have experienced exceptional customer service at this U-Stor . The staff is friendly and very helpful. They will make sure you get what you need! I have used them several times and will use them again!
