Customer service is worse at best. a few years ago I was in contract with these people and every time I called for something the first thing out of the customer service was \we will put you in collection\ some guy name Robert. Even when the 2-year period was over can't get someone to stop the service a month later ... Always threatening you - seems like that is their core business. They advertise to protect your home but more accurately they are out to get your money. AVOID at all cost.

Stay away from this company. I wrote a letter at the end of my contract terminating my service as required by the contract. They discontinued billing me. 6 months later I receive a call from a collection agency saying I owed for 6 months of service. Asc claims the reason they no longer billed my account was that my credit card on file expired. They claim their calls went unanswered. Asc never called me. The collection agency had no problem locating me but Asc says they called and called after my card expired and I never responded. I was never contacted by Asc to straighten out the account. Asc is not a company to be trusted. Beware of their business tactics. If I could rate them zero stars I would.
