We delivered a load here at 12:00. We waited till 15:00 and they just went home and left a couple of items on the trailer and even haven't signed the BOL. We have never been treated like that in all time we are working.
in response to the review left by Sofia Lopez, i would like it known that this truck showed up with no appointment made, and with 3 trailers ahead of it. our receiving hours are posted, and made known to all carriers we work with. if you show up outside of those hours, or if you show up without an appointment, you will have to wait. this is protocol for every carrier we partner with, and has not been an issue for over 13 years.

Very happy with their professionalism and prompt service. I purchased a wooden 8' x 14' shed from Costco. Backyard Buildings & More delivered it. It was damaged during the unloading process by the delivery driver on a Saturday. He said not to worry. Just take pictures, then call his company during the week. I called on Wednesday, and they shipped out replacement parts the next morning. So I'm extremely happy with their expedient and professional service.
