Very helpful and friendly staff. Got in got boots I came for and was on way. Although after I started wearing boots, I notice one is defective but not sure if it's exchangeable or not? Other then that great boot place. First pair lasted me 3 years!
Very large selection. When I arrived, Jackie immediately went and brought out a pair of Dan Post Mignon in black cherry that they had on hold for me. The boots were incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I was very surprised....no break-in required. What a great experience. I used to wear field boots on the ranch for years when I was younger, but these boots are the best.
Was looking to buy some boots for my Texas trip. I was enjoying looking though their selection but the manger and coworkers asked if I needed help 5 times in 30 minutes this is UNNECESSARY. I was taking my time trying on boots and deciding within myself but could not stand it when multiple associates asked me the same question. After giving them my answer I told them I would let them know if I needed help and they still kept bothering me at this point I'll drive to Tijuana and get the SAME BOOTS AT A CHEAPER PRICE. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME MAKE MY DECISION!!!!
