Small shop so be aware of the fact that it might be a tad slower than a larger rental agency. 30ft RV came as promised and was in decent condition. Everything worked fine (fridge, A/C, stovetop burners, microwave). Did not use generator as we had hookups. Price was good too. Biggest problem I had was returning it because their drop off driveway is very small (it fit but I was nervous driving it in there). Patty, their front desk person, was very kind and patient. We even went a few days early to check out what we would be renting (not the exact vehicle but wanted to get a feeling of the size/capacity). She did our walk through then and went through it in more details when we arrived for the actual pick up. I would suggest also getting there earlier on the drop off date (I believe they are closed on weekends so that means most people bring it back on a Monday) because it got a bit crowded,.

Rented an RV through Crest RV/ Cruise America for a 4 day weekend. Both the owner Larry and the receptionist were so sweet and kind. Their customer service was great, they were knowledgeable and able to assist in every aspect. I notice the review says the place is small but it didn't matter because the size of the building means nothing, the RV was great. We had 1 issue with the battery dying but we jumped it and all was well afterwards. Planning to rent again in a couple months. The RV was clean and definitely well kept. Easy check in and easy check out, over all great experience.
Had a great trip. Me and a friend rented 2 of these RVs for 4 days. Customer service was fantastic. My friend had a problem with the generator not working and called customer support. They helped trouble shoot the problem and had it working in no time. The issue was not with the RV but was a simple user error. Overall experience was great. I think some of these negative reviews just come from no prior RV experience and an unrealistic illusion that there is going to be no work involved and that the units should all be brand new. The most important thing for me is that if something does go wrong, there is someone to pick up the phone and talk you through it and that was exactly our experience. Also shout out to Patti who helped check us in and out. You are awesome!!
