Be careful working for them i worked one day and never got paid they denied clocking me in and out my mistake i didn't get my time sheet signed by client 1st day i completely forgot now getting my pay for 4 hour's is being denied so be careful with this company person i delt with Baba Tunde .
We've had several care providers from Desire and have absolutely loved everyone they've sent. There were a couple that weren't a right match for my son, and they replaced them immediately with no trouble. Customer service is great!
The owner of this company is a a joke. Especially Lorena, she acts like a child when things don't go her way. You don't me believe? Go ahead a work for this company. The caregivers are great with the exception of the lousy ones. There's a lot of miscommunication between the caregivers and the parents. It's mostly because of the people in charge of scheduling, Lorena. Company deserves a 0 review however the caregivers can get a solid 3.
