Make sure to read the fine print if you are trying the “risk free” bet. There is no such thing as risk free bet when if you lose, the bet gives no value. Placed 500 on the warriors and lost so got a 500 free bet. Placed my 500 free bet on UNLV -3100 just to win 15 thinking I’d get a 515 payout. That wasn’t the case because I didn’t read the fine print they only paid me 15 so lost 485! Biggest scam of a sports book in Iowa go to William hill or DraftKings where your free bet actually has value!! SCAM!!!!!!!

The glitchy goofy website was ok when they were the only show in town. They aren't anymore. There are several other online sports books available in Iowa and they're all easier to use, have better promotions and free bets, have better tech support... They're just more fun somehow. But the biggest problem with Elite, with Riverside Casino in general, continues to be their poor customer service. The online betting interface should catch up with draftkings and the like, maybe the customer service improves eventually as well. Until then there's other, better options worth trying. Cool place to watch a game though. Edit-I took another star off for the sarcastic reply to my review. Perfect example of what everyone is saying about their approach to customer service.
I've been using the website for a little over a year and the website has too many gliches and bugs when trying to upload money from paypal and the location verification aspect of their platform has too many bugs. For the amount of money they handle, you would expect them to have a much better performing platform online for their users. That is not the case.
Was givin bet insurance when betting the spread for Iowa Football. Iowa lost against the spread, and I did not receive my insurance. Elite says that since Iowa won, I don’t get my insurance payout. Scam Edit: I was referring to the Nebraska game, not the Illinois game. I lost my bet and received nothing. Where is the insurance? The rules said it included bets against the spread. Scam
I enjoy the sports book lounge. Nice variety of seating: tables, loungers, bar for following sports action. I've had pub grub there that was delicious. The service was also very prompt and friendly.
Player props on the app seem really limited. For instance, tonight the Bears and Rams play. There's a prop bet available for Anthony Miller, but none for Darnell Mooney who has become the de facto #2 for the Bears. I realize it can be hard to do with a small sportsbook, but it really feels like the larger ones offer a ton more options. Only game in town, though, and I'm happy to have it.
Awful, awful, awful. I've tried dozens and this is the worst, by far! So freaking hard to cash out. It's been a week since I tried to withdraw and I'm STILL jumping through hoops. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Atrocious customer service. Sure they’ll take 500-5,000 for bets, but they’ll make you jump through 10 flaming hoops if you win and try to withdraw it; far above and beyond the federal standards. They blame 3rd party vendors for their own incompetence. Not a gamblers paradise. I’ll never go back.
