Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been taking my laptop to multiple shops for months trying to figure out why it won’t charge properly. I spent a ton of money on chargers and new batteries. I decided to try one more place, Laptop Masters, and they were able to easily find and fix the issue. The man working, so sorry I didn’t catch his name, even showed me what the issue was and sure enough he was right! This place is fast and professional with reasonable prices. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere, do yourself a favor and just go to Laptop Masters first. Now I have my favorite laptop back! Thanks so much for the help

Amazing! Fast! Spencer and Luis were both very knowledgeable about computers and didn't let me down. I went in to fix my chromebook screen and thinking that it wasn't going to be repairable. Before heading there a lot of other computer repair stores were telling me to just buy a new chromebook (since mine is an old version) and others just didn't have what I was looking for in stock. Luis was very kind enough to help me and check if they had it in stock and Spencer was super professional with the installation! This repair shop will definitely be my go to. Thanks again!
