On March 20 I received a call from my mother in law who owns a 2019 LS500 . She had gone to the store and her car wouldn't start when she was leaving the store. She called my wife and I for help. I arrived and called the dealership for help. I was told I'd be connected with a service advisor but only received voice mail so I left a message. After an hour still didn't get a returned call. Called again and was told NO ONE was available. I asked for service manager and was told he was in a meeting. Asked for sales manager and received voice mail but left a message. 2 1/2 hours later and still no call back. I had to search the manual and was able to start car. I still have questions about the car. It seems Lexus just wants to sell expensive cars and not provide service when the customer needs help.

I had been casually looking for a Lexus RX350 since Oct 2020 with plans to buy in a few months. I was connected with Miguel Sevilla, the Internet Sales Manager, at Lexus of Riverside who stayed in touch and kept me up to date with my options. I finally bought my car this past weekend and am very happy! The process was super smooth and Miguel took great care of me and my family. If you're in the market for a new car, please go see him! The rest of the Lexus staff was great too, definitely VIP service. Worth the drive, time and money spent!

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership! We got lie after lie on paperwork and numbers didn't match in the finance office. So please watch your back with sales (Ralph) as they like to lie about your tiers and payments !! So please don't waste your time with Riverside Lexus and find a dealer that will treat you with respect ! Will be contacting Lexus corporate!

We finally got our dream car!!! Marcos was the one who helped us and he’s been really nice. He’s been really helpful with all the breakdown that was needed for us to get to where we wanted.
