GO HERE. If you are looking to take classes that are required by school, court, or ANY legitimate reason, GO here. I really did go here for ten weeks and felt great after every session! It’s held in an intimate setting and NO, there is absolutely no judgment whatsoever. The instructor is amazing. So, just call and you won’t regret it, I promise. Don’t worry about insurance, it’s only 25 per session! So call!

Hello to everyone..I just wanted to say that at first I didn't want to go to an Anger Management class; because in my eyes I didn't see that I had an Anger issue/problem. From the first day I enter the class I felt at ease. I started to share and listen which opened up my eyes to some of my triggers. The class showed me different outlooks and how to channel my anger into positive actions. The group was great. VERONICA was awesome.
