Couldn't rate them low enough. Should have know when they were affiliated with CVS this would go this way. Bottom line, I went to get service at this site, they took my insurance and all seemed fine. A few weeks later I get a bill for the full amount, they didn't even submit to my insurance. I tried for days to reach someone that could help, I was told on 3 separate calls that they would get back to me. They finally did MONTHS later with a collection notice, then to add insult to injury the collection companies website wouldn't let me pay there either! Clinics like this should be shutdown. One visit months ago and their shoddy customer service has put a mark on my record. Absolutely ridiculous! Also reporting to BBB.

What's the point of registering online to save your place if the staff sits in the little office and doesn't see anyone?? Biggest joke ever! Find somewhere else, I just needed a tb test and quick physical and they sucked at delivering that.
