The shop looks nice, but the staff are paranoid as heck. The store manager (a big Middle Eastern guy) seems nice, but he has this look in his eyes like he may snap at any moment. The staff all have this buy something or get out attitude. I think I will just shop their website if Iwant to buy anything from this store. Otherwise, I'll just go to Grommet Collectibles at the Moreno Valley mall if I need to pick up a sword or knife in person. The staff at Grommet Collectibles has a better attitude and they treat you like family.

This store is super cool, so many knives and swords, and all of that action figure collectibles are fantastic, the staff is very very helpful.

The store itself is cool but had an unpleasant experience with a girl there. Her name is Claudia, I actually used to know her but experienced harassment through text after leaving the shop. I would love to go there more but she made it very uncomfortable. I saw her whispering to a coworker and glaring at me. When I tried contacting the store owner to inform them of the situation they never got back to me. Honestly you can find really great benchmade knives at other stores and get better service. She was very unprofessional.
