Bait and switch - I made a reservation, and they did not have the product I requested. Instead of working to correct the issue, Top Flight acted like it was normal for a company not to have the product for which you paid money. A lot of these reviews mention great customer service, but this was not my experience. They will not return phone calls and have not refunded my money. The issue was eventually resolved by a different person. She was much more friendly - maybe this was the person everyone else was dealing with?
Great place to rent a bounce house. They're service is great & friendly. The owners are absolutely wonderdul & the experience was excellent from start to finish. The kids loved the time they had with their big, fun bouncy castle and constantly ask when they'll be able to get another. 10/10 I recommend Top Flight for your bounce house/party needs. The young man Joe was so great to my husband and I; excellent customer service young man. Thanks for the awsome, friendly and welcoming service!
