I had my wedding at the kc hall in riverton June of 2017 it was hands down the best experience. Janet was great to work with it was just the right size for my guest. roughly 200 to 250 people. They had some props for decorations I was able to use and was able to bring in my own decorations also. I was able to go in the day before and have everything set up and my caterer and dj were able to get early in the day of my wedding to set up. The bartenders were fantastic towards my guest and myself always had a cold drink ready. and we were also able to come back the next day and take everything down. it was close to hotels for guest and close to some places to take pictures . and the best part is it was just in the right price range. Hands down recommend this place to anyone I will say their tables are rectangles and I went ahead and ordered about 10 round ones to help break up the room a little bit. but other than that it was an amazing experience
I honestly don't think you can beat this hall for wedding receptions or large parties. They have so many items available to make decorating easy...pre-lit arches and trellises, a set of distressed glass doors, small and large tables, stepladders and lighting that can be adjusted for dinner and then dancing. They even have a spinning disco ball! The parking lot is huge with spaces close to the building and the hall is handicapped accessible. They seem to have everything you need for your wedding or event...even highchairs. I'm planning on renting the smaller room in the back next month for a birthday party for my hubby. It also has a bar and restrooms and will be a lot cozier than the main hall. Several years ago, my kids had a surprise party for me in this space and it was perfect.
