Clean and good workers ! I would prefer Kailee if you ever wanna get a membership, she’s fast and truthful. She’ll get you started quickly and up and going ! All the workers are kind and cool. Nice environment!

One of the Best Fitness centers I've ever visited they have everything (Swimming Pool, Racquetball courts, Basket ball, Movie theater fitness center , Aerobics center) for very reasonable membership price , Very well maintained , staff are very welcoming and helpful, I go here daily for my daily dose of workout :) Swimming pool & SPA are awesome , Yoga and all the aerobics calls amazing fun. You would have real fun while working out.
They truly don't care about the members here. All they want is your money. Equipment is constantly broken. Takes forever to get fixed.
My son and I went there to sign up, the main reason is they have a basketball court and my son really loves playing basketball. We went there they said that the back court was broken and people kept playing on it so there was glass all over the place so they had to shut the entire court down. I asked the gentleman at the front desk as to why they didn't just fix it to begin with or at least just close off that part of the basketball court so people could play on the other side, he had no good answers. I told him they just lost two members. We left, went down the street and signed up for lifetime fitness. I've never been happier.
Just joined Vasa Fitness again after a few years being away and it's better than ever. They added some group fitness areas for crossfitters and they finally have bumper plates for olympic lifts. Not too crowded, always clean and the staff here is always very friendly.

This place is packed!! I thought they were limiting the amount of people inside the gym because of covid. Went for the first time in months and no one was social distancing and majority wasn’t wearing a mask. People just come up to you and do whatever. What’s the point of making an appointment?? Good thing my membership is paid by my employer or I would by cancelling. Please do something about this!!
The gym itself is fine. Member services is terrible. My wife and I decided to upgrade our memberships from Basic (lowest level) to Studio (highest level). Since there is no option to upgrade your existing membership, the only option was to cancel the old memberships and start new ones. They insisted on charging us cancellation fees and every other fee they could think of. 180 total in fees to "cancel" our memberships so we could upgrade to new ones. They insisted that "it's in the agreement" and there's nothing they could do. I would understand VASA collecting these fees if we were outright canceling so we could join another gym. Insisting on charging us these "cancellation" fees so that we could UPGRADE our memberships is flat out ridiculous and terrible customer service. If you're considering joining a gym, I would look elsewhere.
