Rudy gave us a prompt response to our inquiry. He is very friendly and really knows what he is doing. I have no complaints! He was very professional, personable, and pleasant to work with. He arrived on time (usually early), cleaned up daily, and upon completion as well. Rudy did an excellent job, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Would proudly recommend in the future.

I was part of finding a company to put new ceilings in a refurbished building including a cafeteria area. Rudy Medina, owner of Creative Acoustics responded quickly and gave us a complete/detailed quote. He was professional, polite, friendly and most of all so knowledgeable about the different ceiling options. It's very important to support locally owned businesses and I was happy to find out that Rudy has lived in the Tampa Bay area his entire life and has raised his own family in the area. Creative Acoustics was competitively priced. The work was completed on time and within budget. Rudy ensures his employees are polite, respectful, show up on time and and clean up their work areas on a daily basis. Rudy is the owner but is also an employee who is doing the job to make sure everything is done properly. I would absolutely hire Creative Acoustics again and highly recommend this business.
The first install date was missed because of illness in the family. No call. Later in the week I got a call to install on Saturday. The install was done and done well! The no call for the missed appointment is not how business should be done.
