I visited Riverview Health Emergency Room more than once in emergency situations and all the visits were helpful and wonderful. It has a wonderful professional medical crew that does its work accurately, quickly and has very great capabilities who know very well how to use it. And most importantly, they supported my wife, my two daughters, and son psychologically until they overcame severe illness and recovered. I do not want my family and I to be treated anywhere other than Riverview Health Emergency Room. I advise my friends to try their visit, they will definitely change their minds and continue to receive the emergency and treatment from them. I thank you very much and appreciate all your work and assistance to my family and your constant questioning about them after leaving the clinic.

Care was AMAZING. Unsure the doctor I saw but he was wearing Michigan surgery cap (). He was great. He listened to me and re-assured me. He didn’t seem bothered by my hysteria. He recommended meditating and I have done it everyday since! Thank you for being open and available in the middle of the night. Toby, the nurse, was little condescending and short (and i was the only patient there...seriously the nurse who checked me in, Toby and the doc all said it. I will definitely go there again for any Band-aid emergencies.

Darla at check was wonderful. Our nurse Ashley did great with our little one year old as well as the Doctor and Paramedic who was helping with testing.

Dr. Walls was incredible, she sat down and genuinely listened to me even when my stories seemed silly or unrelated. She helped me bridge together symptoms and what may cause them. She patiently walked me through treatment options and quickly reassured me that she is always a call away if something changes with me. Incredible experience.

The doctors, Dr. Toussi and Dr. Richardson were very accommodating. They were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Even the nurses and staffs who attended to me were all very nice. I feel at home with people like these in your facility. More blessings.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. It was very easy to make an appt online for covid testing. Walked in for my appt and there was no wait. Staff was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor was thorough and kind. I received my results in 25hrs. Although I am sure this varies based on volume. I had some issues with signing up with MyChart to view the results. I called the office and spoke with Shelly at the front desk. She was nice and the issue was quickly remedied. Glad to have this place so close!
