Awesome staff. Always a great experience
This new person who took over Nick the Manager is very rude and not polite at all . He is very unprofessional the other two guys who use to run the place were great the ownership switch over was not good Nick never has the medication ready even tho I call my kids refills in advance . I will not recommend coming here Walmart is a headache as well but I rather deal with them then him. He is rude and unpleasant to deal with . Bad mistake to have him as a manager bad customer service skills Dorris who works there is great but he doesn’t let her do much so I have to deal with him and he has excuses to why the medication is never ready on time don’t go here if you looking to get In and out he will still have you waiting and he doesn’t care . They need to get rid of him and put someone who is more professional and pleasant to deal with they going to lose a lot of business from me and others cuz of him .
I love this place! Staff is absolutely wonderful, fast service, and they really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
