Finally, our nightmare wrestling with the installer of our Kohler 20 KW generator ended. From the get-go, the project was plagued with permitting snafus, missed appointments, unanswered phone calls, texts and emails. What should have taken months stretched out to years. Even then, we were shocked to learn that the manufacturer’s warranty form hadn’t been filed and the “tune-up” specified in our contract wasn’t performed.
