We enjoyed staying there. Clean bathrooms and showers, big rv slabs and friendly people there. Most customers seemed to be there to fish. Very affordable

I stayed here from October 9, 2017 to September 2018. The park is decently priced for travelers. Unlike other parks in the area that want to gouge you for a long term stay this place has decent rates. Tiffany was a bright spot at the park and though she is gone she was an awesome park manager. I wished they would have kept her. A few things could help improve the location. When having social events, after COVID-19, leave the food out for people. There was a Super Bowl party and even though I brought food to share the snowbirds ate in 30 minutes and then shut it down for cleaning. I never seen people chow down that fast and shut something down. Next the sewage on the long term spots in the back need some attention. I was cleaning my tanks before leaving and accidentally over flowed the system. It is a good thing that there is a drainage area between the lots. I am sure this is a down the line project. Lastly night time and day time quiet hours would help. Pipe liners would come in and God bless them they mean well and work hard. Yet at the end of their shifts they hang out drink beers at their trucks and get roudy. I am ok with hard workers having a good time but after certain hours 10PM-6AM or 10AM-6PM maybe there can be established quite hours. Some folk work at night an a good rest is always a good thing. The park isn’t necessarily bad as they try really hard to keep the place up and if you want a decent place to stay here is your place. PS I have photos but Google won’t let me post them \u200d️
