Great service from beginning to end. Easy to make a reservation online and easy to cancel by phone when needed. David is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a quick ride to Carver Gap with only 2 hour notice and David was willing to wait for me. I left my car parked at the Station while we were hiking the AT. One of our friends got injured and we had to end our hike early. As soon as we got to a parking lot, I called them up. David answered and came to pick us up right away. Will definitely use them again!

We had a lift with Roan Mountain Shuttle from the Hostel on 19E up to Carvers Gap, on the way up the lady who drove us gave us advice where we should start and how far we should be trying to get based on the current poor weather forecast. She also gave us advice about possible exit routes off the mountain should we need them. I would highly recommend their service, thank you again :)
We used the Roan Mountain Shuttle service for a section backpacking trip from 19 E to Carver's Gap (North to South) 9/28 - 9/29/19. David and Karen are great! Super people who run a great shuttle service as well as the The Station at 19E. I encourage everyone to stop by The Station. Great brews and great food. I had the brat after our trip. Fantastic! Keep up the great job you guys are doing!
A buddy and I used the shuttle for a drop off in Carver’s Gap on Labor Day weekend. Picked us up on time and had fun talking it up on the ride up. Was really looking forward to trying out the beer selection when we ended the trip at the Station but my friend was feeling under the weather so I’ll save that one for the next adventure. Will definitely be checking in again.
Dave is awesome!! Helped me slackpack from Dennis cove back to the station at 19e. Super friendly and kind. Good vibes. GREAT PRICES!!! Highly recommend.
Super friendly and on time shuttle. And the best part: Dave picked us up at the trailhead and took us back to The Station where cold beer on tap was waiting. Outstanding service! We will definitely use their shuttle service again!!!
Great Service from these guys!! I took them from 19E to Iron Mountain Gap, David was a great driver and very entertaining! Will absolutely be using this shuttle service again!!
Will certainly use these guys again for my next hike in the Roan Highlands. David dropped us off at Carver's Gap and we hiked our way back to 19E. I didn't know that I could call him again when I got to 19E and be pickup up so we started walking up the road towards our car at The Station (legs were pretty shot at this point), and then David comes to the rescue and pulls up beside us in his car. He says, "You know you could have called guys". We all had a good laugh. Also, David is a pretty good cook. They've got some great food at the Station and a killer beer selection that will definitely help you refuel after a long hike.
