shopped their twice first visit got a freg secound a stove.....i picked one that wasnt compatible with my outlet and called Bills and they walked me through how to change cord over the phone......very nice and helpful people....maashaAllaah .....oh great prices now i need a washer and dryer..... didnt see any when i went in.....not sure if they sale them

Do not purchase from this place!!! I purchased a stove for one of my rental properties. I paid for delivery directly at the store. When they delivered it, it did not work. I called back immediately and he refused to fix it unless we had someone bring it in. The reason we paid them to deliver it was precisely because we didn't have the transportation to move it. I've purchased many appliances from him in the past but this will absolutely be my last. I'm better off buying new with a real warranty from a company that backs its products. Very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing from this store.

I called Bill's Appliance today just to inquire about repairing my dryer. I was explaining to him that a code came on the dryer. I explained that I googled the code and ordered a part that was recommended. He told me that he had been working with codes for years and my code (E64) could be anything. He told me since I had already took steps to see what was wrong with (All I did was order an heating element with a thermal fuse kit. The dryer has NOT been taken apart at all) the dryer that he DID NOT want to look at it nor fix it. He then hung up while I'm trying to get his price of how much he would fix it for. DISGUSTED WITH HIS BUSINESS! NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED BUT YOU GIVE PEOPLE SECOND CHANCES.
