THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! The sweepstake machines (Blue Diamond) on Friday night February 14th were slow and were freezing up on the customer. The place was packed and instead of letting people know what the situation was with the machines, they would take your money and once you found out that the machines weren't working they refused to give you your money back. The customer service was terrible... I asked the manager to help locate a machine that works she blew me off. I asked her manager and she walked away and never returned. Eventually, the machines collapsed (froze), and no one was able to retrieve their money that was in the system that was owed to them. The community prize board blacked out (the reason most people were their). I was not playing Blue Diamond at that time (thank God), but I witnessed how people were treated, like they were the dirt under the staff shoes. Their were policemen standing around intimidating folks. This place should close down. As I said in the beginning IT SUCKS!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!
