Great, attentive dine-in service from Kelli. The meals were properly done, very tasty (love their new crispy brussels sprouts side item - yum!) and were served quickly. Calamari starter was melt-in-your mouth good. The menu was a little more expensive than I remember, but still a good deal at a little over 100 for a family of three plus enough leftovers for a couple of lunches tomorrow.

Been at home like everyone else since April and had a craving last week for seafood. My local Red Lobster opened with a limited menu. I called two friends, grabbed my mask and enjoyed it very much.Cant go wrong with the 3 combination and 2 sides. The coconut shrimp is outstanding.
Took my wife where for valentine's day date because I don't eat much seafood but I was thinking about something different for the date. Waited 45 mins no problem with wait we got a few mix drinks and few beers and water at bar. After getting seated it was down hill from there the waiter for got water we had to remind them then started noticing that they was pay more attention to larger tables. Then brings my salad out and no soup for my wife had to go get management because the waiter never came back to tells us anything about soup she never ask if we need any refills would come to table and rush off couldn't even get a chance to ask for anyt Paid a lot of money for a very bad valentine's day date. Should have walked out like I wanted to at the start of things. Last time going to Roanoke location I have never had a good experience in Roanoke location.
Overall, it was a delicious meal. However, It seems that during Covid, the quality and size have gone way down, but not the price. For example, our Bacon wrapped scallops appetizer 2 years ago would have been 6 huge scallops cooked to perfection on an appetizer dish. This time is was 4 scrawny little overcooked, rubbery things wrapped in halfway raw bacon on a skewer and 3/4 plate of mixed greens?! 2.50 each for scallops the size of nickels! Same with the appetizer seafood stuffed mushrooms we had last time. They are now tiny and disappointing, but the prices are still high(er). My husband's Green beans did not get served and when we pointed it out and finally got them (almost at the end of the meal), he picked out 6 pieces of stalk, and they were practically raw. He did not eat them after the first bite. Our server was nice, but inattentive, with automatic answers while walking away and she did not fill our drinks or bring bread in a timely fashion, though she promised it. Keep in mind that the restaurant has every other table closed, so it wasn't \busy\ like it would have been pre-covid, but we were in the restaurant approximately twice as long as usual because of the long wait times. The payment machine on the table was absolutely filthy, with dried milky looking drops of something (cleaner?) all over it, and we moved it so as not to have to look at it. (It was gross). I reiterate that overall it was delicious, but quite disappointing that we didnt find the quality service we're used to, and some of the food was quite skimpy for the price. This trip (and the last two as well) was not up to Red Lobster's usually high quality and service. I'm not sure we'll be going back any time soon, and that is a shame, as it used to be my favorite.
Food is good service is good. Its cleN. But the prices are to high
