Really poor customer service from whoever the lady is that works there. Online ad clearly states on the family fun pack that no cakes without reservation, so when I tried to make a reservation(per the online ad), they said no cakes because that’s the rule (although the ad on website and Facebook said differently. I think this is referred to as false advertising). When I called about it, the lady I spoke with said “that’s the rule. If you want to come, then come. If not, don’t” and hung up on me. I called back and the lady said she can’t argue over the phone and it is what it is. This is for a six year old birthday party. It’s not like they sell cakes so it’s not taking business away from them. If it wasn’t for already inviting people, I wouldn’t go.

Pretty sure Skate Center is in Salem, Roanoke County. Friendly and responsive staff. Large arena, both types of skates for rent and skating walkers. Very cool play gym area, arcade game area, laser tag and snack bar. All reasonable prices (thank you!) and lots of sitting areas

Nice safe place to send your kids on a Friday night. My 14 year old son goes every Friday night and always comes home happy and can’t wait to go back.
