Moved in a month ago from Tampa. Chris and Joe are very helpful. I don't believe either have direct apartment experience, but great at customer service, and will find stuff out for you that they don't know the answer to. Grounds are kept up, I get up super early because I'm used to going to the gym daily at 4:30 and almost everyday I see a staff member walking around picking up trash. Only complaint I've had was my sliding door wouldn't lock and I was told by one of the maintenance guys that I should just go buy a door stopper, thought it was weird, but I got it fixed now. Overall, very happy.

My fiancé and I had a tour scheduled on a Saturday morning to check out some rooms. We show up at 9:00 at our scheduled time after passing by multiple flags saying \open on Saturdays\, just to stand outside the main office for half an hour with nobody showing up or answering our calls. How are you supposed to live somewhere that doesn't show up to its own scheduled tour?

WestWind Apartments and their staff go above and beyond! I’m going on my second year at these apartments and have been nothing but pleased throughout my experience. We all have enough going on in our lives and one of the things you pay for in apartment living should be not having to worry too much about your home. I have had that piece of mind while living here! The ladies in the office are professional, prompt, and really give you a sense that they care. I’m sure I wear a couple of them thin sometimes with my questions and particular requests but they always have an answer, make me feel my questions are valid and if they don’t have the answer get me headed in the correct direction. Love my westwind staff!

We lived in WestWind a year ago, and we are already moving back! The fact of the matter is, you definitely get what you pay for. In my attempts to be frugal I definitely made a poor decision to leave WestWind. Since my time away, I have gone through a financial hardship. Knowing my excellent payment history they allowed me to move back in. This was a very short notice move too. I feel very fortunate to get to come back to the awesome community!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Constant bugs in the apartment, and the apartment is a complete mess when you move in, even though they charge you 200 to clean it. That’s why I didn’t clean it when I moved out. I moved to California, and mailed the keys back to them via USPS. They claim they didn’t get the keys and tried to charge me for them. Lol, I’m NOT paying for those keys and they’re crazy if they think I am. USPS doesn’t just lose mail. I know they got them. I’m already getting an attorney involved. Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. So glad that I moved out.
