Great service and outfitted my Infiniti QX60 when the dealer wanted to charge 1000, and country boy trailers couldn't do it. I scheduled my appointment and the parts were on the counter upon my arrival, they took the vehicle back within minutes and had me out in 90 minutes.

Called back in August to get info on a atv trailer. Being an hour and a half away I decided to purchase the trailer over the phone to be picked up at a later date. The second call was to purchase the trailer, but at that time the gentleman I spoke with was busy and asked if he could call me back. Didn’t get a call back, so I called back the next day. He remembered me from the day before and took down my info for the deposit/trailer order and quoted me a few weeks to pick it up. Those weeks went bye and then some with no follow up from them on my attempted purchase . I assumed they were busy and didn’t want to be pushy, so I waited til September realizing my order was either pushed to the side or lost in the shuffle. Fortunately for them they probably do great business locally and aren’t at much of a loss from my sale. Unfortunately for me, I was the customer that slipped through the cracks so to speak. So heads up if you are a customer from out of town. I would be willing to update my review if they wanted to make it right with me and earn my business back, but as it stands now this has be my experience with Robby’s hitching post.
