What great service! From phone contacts, to Robbie the salesman, and to Ricky and Tommy the installation technicians, I was impressed. All of my questions were answered and I now have an excellent heating and cooling system. The install was accomplished in one day and everything was left in pristine condition. Robbie, Ricky and Tommy were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They're all a great reflection on Robert B Payne. Recently we had to replace our 20 years old HVAC system. Our initial communication was through Brittany, the company's Lead Coordinator / Installation Department, who was super friendly and very knowledgeable, always responded quickly to our emails and patiently explained the process. The two-men crew, Jeremy and Chris, arrived exactly as they said they would, at 07:30 hours, and went straight to work. After working for 4 and a half hours or so without breaks, they were done. The crew was efficient, skilled, respectful and easy to talk to. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions about the new system, and took time to explain in detail everything we wanted to know. Robert B. Payne did an outstanding job throughout the whole process, and now we are enjoying our system in full!
