We have had a great experience with Robert C. White so far! They were accommodating from the very beginning, when we needed to get into our rental earlier than expected, and have been proactive about repairs and maintenance. I love that we have a direct contact person if we need something immediately, but there are easy portals to use to schedule any maintenance issues and rental payments. One significant improvement over past management companies we've used: there has been so much transparency in the process. From video used during the initial walk-through (so we all knew if any scratches or dents were there before we arrived) to pictures taken before and after repairs, it is really nice to know that we all have access to the same information. Thanks Andrew, and everyone else on our team!

We reached out to Robert C. White & Company because we were planning to relocate to Vermont from Connecticut. What actually happened was we relocated from Connecticut to KUWAIT! We needed a management company we felt comfortable with to oversee the logistics of vetting Renters, renting our house, and providing the necessary maintenance when required...because we were too far away to handle everything ourselves. Luke came to our house, already showing how hands-on he is with his customers. We liked him from the start! Now...this is how you do business! Luke's management team (Lance and Melissa) managed our property as rental for two years. During this time, the team corresponded with me on a constant basis, identifying problems and necessary repairs, requesting concurrence to proceed...and ensuring the property was well maintained throughout the rental period. Near the end of the current rental lease...and prior to the Renter moving out, we tested the sales market. Luke put us in touch with Samantha Rosano (his in-house Realtor) who eventually found a buyer for the property. It was about a four month period from when we first posted the sale of our home. Even after the Renter moved out, Lance and Melissa worked with Sam to repair or replace things identified through the prospective buyer inspections. Their actions were above and beyond to say the least! Lance and Melissa were great throughout, were detailed and professional in their correspondence...and very nice to work with. Sam has a bulldog tenacity when it comes to selling a Client's home, besides being nice and charming. And, Luke is the type of guy I would not only highly recommend to watch and/or sell your property...but, would also recommend if you are looking for someone to hold a seminar on professional property management. He is truly a diamond in the rough! THANK YOU...Robert C. White & Company team!!! Working with you is a 'win-win' for both parties!

Andrew and staff are always responsive to my requests, and the online maintenance request portal streamlines the entire process and makes life so much easier. They are quick to respond and all maintenance requests so far have been remedied within 2 days tops. They're great!
