My car tire went flat so I went into Ace so see if someone could provide assistance in changing out a spare. I asked the guy in the paint isle for a helping hand and he told me that nobody in the store had time to help someone change out a spare tire. The store looked empty to me and I know he wasn't helping anyone. You guys should really learn customer service skills. I was willing to buy the tools you have to do it, lost sale there. I won't be going there anymore if that's how they treat people.

Friendly staff and great customer service! Prices are a little higher than what you would find at a big retail store however I think that's part of being the small mom-and-pop independent owner. Sometimes it's worth paying a little extra to help out the independent shops. I was picking up a spare key and the gentleman helping me showed me some really cool specialty keys, I had mentioned they were nice but I didn't want the extra weight and he pointed me out to this super lightweight titanium (or something) key! It's the little things like that I appreciate!
