I took my mother here to drop off her two lawn mowers around April 15th. We picked the first up the middle of May. We asked if it started and were assured by the woman who works there that "my son just started it". A bold face lie as we took it home and tried endlessly to start it. After removing the engine housing we found that the spark plug had not been connected. As for the second lawn mower we called multiple times regarding its status only to find that no one answered the store phone, and the cell phone number we were given was never answered and we were given the recording "mailbox is full". Finally when we were contacted regarding picking it up, it seemed like it was an inconvenience to them and they were in a rush to get it off there property after having it for two months. Mr Bertino, I read your review as you seem offended by the candor of the poor reviews of your shop. Perhaps instead of being offended you should look at the personnel you have employed and wonder if they are holding up to the standard of customer care that you state you offer. And in continuing, we were told often how you were spending time in a second store you were opening. I will say if you do not have the time nor employees to run your initial shop in the standard you stated, then perhaps you should concentrate your effort on the initial store and not worry so much about opening a second. I will never provide business to you again.

Crook. Greg the owner took my then ducked my calls, never ending excuses. He has so many people after him taking him to court that why he's never at the shop . He can't fix anything right and no refunds no call backs endless excuses. All these bad reviews are for a reason this man is a snake. I tried to save w this shop and never felt so sorry. Greg took my money for riding mower told me it be ready next day and will even drop it off. than told me he needs more time. Than it's another week than month he ducks me doesn't open shop changes number often then I read all bad reviews all over internet. Then I talk to my surrounding neighbors and now I really know how much of a mistake I made, this man has been taking everyone's and ducking them . I stalked his parking lots do shop for days on end and I really saw what's up. As I sat in the parking lot day by day I witnessed people come looking for Greg so disgruntled. That's why he is never at shop . I talk to these people learn their stories and this guys been doing this a lot to everyone so many people are after him for unfair treatment. He keeps money and says no refunds. Save yourself Run away from this place . His word is poop he is not a stand up guy. For Father's Day I never got my dream of a riding mower I got a learning lesson that you get what you pay for and you can't trust anyone even if it's a local mom n pop shop in the town you grew up in town of Feasterville.
I was going to use this place to service my lawnmower but after seeing the horrible reviews I think I will go elsewhere. Business don't realize the power of social media.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I just bought my first house and needed a working, but more importantly cheap lawnmower but.... Total waste of time and money, they're in the midst of stealing 200 dollars each from myself and a friend. We both ordered mowers, which we both payed in full, and the place has been closed the 2 weeks since with no answered or returned call. Mr Bertino, you're an absolute fraud, if he took care of his business half as well as he thinks he does there wouldn't be negative reviews. Instead we (the consumers) get locked doors during business hours, unanswered/un-returned calls, and lies directly to our faces. I was told several times that they would be open or return my call within the hour/day without anything from their end. Everyone who posted reviews seem like good people who wanted to support local businesses, to help out our neighborhoods, but as for myself I will probably never use a "mom and pop" store that I don't already have a relationship with now, because of my experience with these lying, half-assed, d bags. Thanks for the life lesson and good luck in court J.O.
Yes, he is a small business. Yes, noone is perfect and probably could be run better. But the owner does care, and helps out everyone.
I dropped off 2 carbs for snowblower and mower to be cleaned, he quoted 40, said he needed 25 deposit in cash, and promised to be ready in 2 weeks. When I called after 2 weeks to confirm ready, he said not ready yet and when I questioned on delay, he hung up on me. I called him back and got him to commit to have ready in 3 more days. When I picked up, he forgot about my 25 cash deposit and charged addl 5 for some gaskets that I didnt want. When I reinstalled the carbs in each the snowblower and mower, neither worked, I realize that cleaning carb is not as good as replacing, but my gut is that he did not bother cleaning and instead charged me 45 to store some dirty carbs on his shelf for 2 plus weeks, I will never use this shop again under current ownership.
If I can give a zero Star I would this guy should not be in business. I dropped tire's off there 5/25/16 To fix a flat here it June 18 and there still not ready , they say there going to call and they don't . Please do yourself a favor don't go here
