I bought a shed from then 15 or so years ago. Recommended to my father and he bought one. Bought a 3rd on about 5 or 6 years ago. Great construction. I had gone to buy another one for my brother recently. The guy in Auburndale did not answer the phone. I left a message and he called 5 days later. We booked an appointment that day after his Dr's appointment. he was a no show and no answer on his phone. I called the main office and the gentlemen sounded short over the phone. I had gone out to the plant on rte 27 because their website said open. Looking to buy straight from them. Well the sign on the door said on vacation.. should have updated the website. Well at the end of it alll my brother now owns a Smith Built Shed.

I would have gave it 5 stars to Robin Builders but the Rent to Own company they use RTO Holdings LLC out of GA is the WORSE OUT THERE. Sheds are nice and built nice by Robin Builders but if you don’t have the cash to buy outright or your own finance company to finance- then they put you with RTO Holdings to do a Rent to Own and OMG you can rent and rent and pay and nothing goes towards the loan and forget about doubling up on payments to get it paid quicker- that extra payment you send is going towards extra “rental” cost not purchase. Plus RTO HOLDINGS will NOT let you pay off sooner... A 3,000 shed turns into 6000 plus with RTO HOLDINGS... The customer service especially Melissa at RTO Holdings is very rude... Don’t get in a small financial hardship and ask if you can pay a little later - Melissa is rude and Repo happy... Iam letting mine go back because of RTO Holdings- and not because Robins and I am going back to Cook sheds where I purchased my 1st that don’t use a outside Rent to Own... Robin sheds are very nice and nice people and I’d say a 5 star but their rent to own company they use RTO HOLDINGS LLC IS minus -0 Stars. Buy it out right or get your own loan and stay away from their RTO program if they use RTO HOLDINGS
