I live near Houston but none of the trailer dealerships I visited seemed good enough for trailer quality and customer service. I purchased my first enclosed trail from here and I am very satisfied with the service so far. I purchased a 16ft Pace. I looked it up online, I placed a deposit arrived on Saturday to inspect it and everything was good. Paperwork was all ready just to sign. One of the screw heads was missing upon arriving at home, one quick text to Sam and she offered to send me so replacement screws or if I wanted to take it somewhere. I opted for the screws since its a quick fix. Also had an issue with the cargo light but that was because my truck needed a fuse. She also gave me guidance on that. I like the customer service has continued after my purchase. Sam has been attentive throughout everything. Definitely recommend. Christian V.

Best deals in the state on new trailers. I pre-paid for a 24ft Deep South Texas cargo trailer and they had it ready to pick up the next day. With friendly in and out service backed by a manufacturers warranty. I am very pleased with the trailer. I noticed a small roof leak last month and they covered the entire roof replacement. The best part of it all is that Deep South Texas got it done the same week so I could finish our move.

Best place to buy a trailer hands down. Will definitely be coming back. These guys not only have the best selection of trailers on the market, they also have the most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever come across. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. They listened to my specific needs and then spent valuable time making sure I was satisfied with my purchase before leaving the shop. Then, after the sale was complete, they volunteered to help me build and mount a sway bar/stablizer kit on to my truck / trailer. These guys could have taken my money and moved on to the next customer but they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and had a full understanding of how everything works. Really good guys. Can’t say enough good things about this family owned business. Will definitely be getting more of my business in the future !!

Best trailer buying experience I've ever experienced. I have purchased many trailers and was about to buy another one. I live in Alabama, so I called around to the surrounding states and everyone wanted to sell me one, but the shortest build time offered was 8 weeks out. I called Tom Short at Phil's Trailer Sales and they had over 20 \Race Ready\ trailers in stock. I told him what I wanted to add and he had it installed before I could drive out to Waco. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that will find a way to say yes. I love their \can do\ attitude at Phil's. I would highly recommend Phil's to anyone looking to purchase a trailer. Call Tom and he will hook you up. (like hook up the trailer) See what I did there?
