He was able to get us into the exact truck we wanted after being turned down at another dealership. He was extremely helpful and kept us updated along every step of the way. Hands-down, Mike Shaw Toyota is one of the best dealerships to do business at. It’s sales associates, director, and financing team will tirelessly work to earn your business. I was particularly impressed with the assistance of one of its salesmen, Johnny Ray. This gentleman provided top-notch salesmanship that I think sales associates at other dealerships could learn a thing or two from. No gimmicks. Only good, honest salesmanship. In a world where you can download an app and buy a car straight from your phone, this dealership is a reminder that there is no substitute for a brick and mortar car dealership. Mike Shaw Toyota is a testament to the 21st century car-buying experience.

Johnny Ray was super patient and kind to me and my friends (who I took with me as hired muscle). As a first time buyer, he let me lead the experience and was very courteous and generous. He took the time to answer all my questions and was honest and straightforward. He did not pressure me to do anything AT ALL which is incredibly important as a buyer but particularly as a female buyer. He did not run after us or chase us down to ask if we needed anything. Other salespeople, take note as the former example scares away potential clients. Cool, calm, collected, and courteous is the way. Give this man a raise. Seriously. The next time I go in there I wanna know he got a raise. If not, I will ask his boss why not. 10/10 will buy from Johnny Ray again, no matter what dealership he works at!
