I recently had a NYC DOT violation for my driveway apron. “A Real Advantage “ got the job done in a day. The completed work was really nice and everything was left neat. I was really appreciative of how they helped me keep after the DOT for an inspection. Without an inspection I would have had a problem with the sale of my home. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Our roof was damaged by the winter storm of 2018. When I accepted it was beyond by abilities I started calling roofers in the area. I made 9 calls, 5 responses with only two companies who came out to quote. A Real Advantage was the best price and had the best reputation. They arrived on time with a full crew how had everything they needed. They had us move our cars as an extra precaution. They quickly performed the work to spec with minimal interruption. They replaced the damaged portions and tied it in seamlessly with the pre existing gutters. It looks better than it did originally. They cleaned up and were gone in under 2 hours. I'm very impressed with their work, in a market where it can be very hard to find reliable and professional service. Fully recommended.
