I'm an A/V,home automation enthusiast and I have been through many AV \guys\ and companies over the past 10 years so I feel qualified to tell you that these guys are the real deal. They understand that a consumer of hi-end AV products are spending a lot of money and realize that the user experience is much more important that the label on the equipment .
