Great car, love my Alfa! Great salesman, Ian was great! What's important is what happens after the sale has been made though. I was a lexus guy, I still love them and own one but I wanted something different. Even though I never had a problem with lexus or service. Service after the sale is very important, I haven't had any mechanical issues so far in 10 months with my Alfa. I have however have had warranty issue, waiting going on about 3 weeks for a response or a call from the service or parts department. I've left messages, emailed pictures and also spoke with Alfa customer care. 2 Stars because I knew the car was great so the salesman didn't need to sell me (he was a good salesman). The service... I haven't recieved a call on the issue or an update. 2 Update: 3 weeks later, still horrible communication and my issue is not resolved. It has been 5 weeks I have been waiting for a simple issue to be fixed. You shouldn't feel this disappointment after spending your hard earned money 1
My visit and purchase with Dorschel Alfa Romeo/Maserati was a great experience. The entire Sales Team assisted me, and the entire process from learning about the vehicle, to their no-haggle sales process, was absolutely awesome!
Worst service department I have ever encountered. Take that into consideration when purchasing from here.
