This project was going to be done by the end of June 2019, but wasn't complete until mid October 2019. It was constantly \two weeks away\. A piece of the fence was damaged due to wind, and we were told the fence would be fixed the next week. A month later it was finally fixed. Several sections of the fence came dislodged (attached) on December 4th, 2020. We were told it would be fixed the following week. No one has come out. No one has contacted us. I have called the company several times and was told someone would call me back that day. Still nothing. When we were having our fence built, we were told they were trying to get caught up on repairs of existing fences. Now that we have an existing fence that needs to be repaired, we just don't hear back.

They are aweful! Look for other fence people in and around the area before you purchase from them. They are not on time, dishonest, and the salespeople work really hard to get the 60% down to get you locked in but then you become a second class citizen and they will not answer their phone or discuss issues.
They did not install a fence for me. However, I had been having a very difficult time even getting a response from other companies as I needed a very small section of chain link fence to supplement after moving our existing fence. I spoke with Summer and Bronson and they told me to come in and they could help. They were kind, helpful, and then, as icing on the cake, very generous. It seemed to me that they run the rest of their operation in a knowledgable, professional, and skilled way. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to help you if you need a fence installed or fixed.
I would highly recommend American Fence Company for all of your fencing needs. I worked for the Mn branch for 3 years and not only are the people great to work with, but the products are the best available in the industry. They are continually trying to give customers a superior product and it shows in all of their installations. Whether you are looking for residential or commercial fencing, they can do it all so give them a call!
When you sign their contract it is a one sided sheet and when you have a problem they tell you it was disclosed in the contract that you signed. Except we were not given a second sheet or opposite side because the copy given to us was a copy of the front only. Poor group of people who really do not care about customer satisfaction. I for one will tell everyone about our experience with them. My husband is so livid with them that I literally had to stop him from going down there and getting our money back even though the work eventually got done. Also found out some of their reviews are from the employees. Even their Manager rated himself a 5. Misleading if you ask me.
