Had the best 2-hour massage ever. she was really professional and accommodating. Knows exactly what she was doing. She arrived 10min earlier and had everything prepared, from massage table, to massage oils and even had the most awesome playlist. Would definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues! 2 thumbs up for Cloud 9 Spa & Salon.

Words can’t explain how grateful both me and my partner are for Massage! Having such busy lives with not much time to go and get a massage we found Cloud 9 Spa & Salon, amazing therapists who came to us! We will always continue to use Ripple for the our massages in the near future!
I recently went here and it was awesome. I got the body scrub massage which was wowonderful. Then i had a nice soak in the hot tub. The staff are very nice and they provide everything you'll need. It's a great deal. I'll definitely be going back.
ADDED FEES THAT WE DIDN'T AGREE TO OR KNOW ABOUT My grandma and I walked in thinking we would pay 150ish and walked out paying 200 because we were not informed of the increase in price. I went in for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and my grandma went in for a 60 minute relaxation massage. The website said everything was 30% off which is partially why my grandma and I decided to go. With the 30% off it was supposed to be 69 for the relaxation and mine was supposed to be 79 for the deep tissue. My grandma received the deep tissue and kept saying that it hurt and to not push so hard. Upon checking out at the desk we were told that because hot stones were used on us we would each have to pay 89 dollars each (178). The person working told me she had a special technique, but did not tell me it would cost more.
Love Cloud 9 Spa & Salon. We book regularly with them and have always received great treatments. Highly recommend.
