I rarely take time to write reviews, but Cycle City deserves a shout out! I worked with salesperson Shane and the manager, Michael - they were both outstanding. My experience was a bit unique - I purchased the motorcycle without seeing it in person from another state. Shane and Michael were very good about explaining the details of the motorcycle, walking me through the purchasing process, and coordinating with shipping the motorcycle to me. The price was very fair and they were professional and relational throughout the process. They kept up with regular communication. We were able to complete the purchase within a day or two and I had the bike shipped to me within a week! In fact, Michael even took time during his personal life to help ship the bike. Great customer service! I love the bike - it's better than they described it! I had the bike looked at by my local shop and it's in perfect working order. Very happy with my experience - I would recommend them.

Happy with service, had my son's KTM repaired at local dealership and the did a horrible over priced job. Took it to cycle city to fix original problem and other dealer ship mess up. Worth the 3 hour drive.

My experience contains observations between a few different visits. The ceiling tiles in the shop really need to be replaced. They're brown, wet and dripping off of the framework. I never thought I'd be distracted from the floor merchandise by ceiling tiles but there you have it... The staff is always busy. This is not their fault and says a lot about their business practices and customer care. I never once felt like I was being rushed out of the building for any reason. Personally I had decided on a bike to buy before arriving. I wanted to see it in person. Thankfully one of the employees (Isaiah) showed me everything he knew about the bike. He took great interest and care in my purchase experience. Overall I think I will be back. I haven't had my bike serviced yet but I expect it will be a good experience. I'm happy with Cycle City and how they took care of me.

I went to inquire on a cf moto uforce 1000. They said they had one Allocated to be Delivered first part of September,2020. They told me to lock it in for me I was surposed to put 500 down. So I Did. October came and they couldn't give me a Delivery Date. So I Cancelled the Sale. And asked for my 500 back. The Salesman told me it was Special ordered for me. No Refund. I tried to talk to Michael and he Hung up on me. I called back and talked to the Salesman and he said It was Special ordered No Refund. I Told Him He told me it was Already coming. I just locked it in. . AND A Heated Argument Started. He told me No Refund. Don't call us or Come in again. No PROBLEM . I'LL NEVER COME BACK. They are DISHONEST. THEY LIED TO ME.I Brought my First Bike From Tom in 1973. I always had a Good Relationship with TOM and MICHAEL. It's hard to Believe they wouldn't give my 500. Back.
