I had an amazing experience here. I got an iced coffee with peppermint mocha syrup and cream and it was awesome and to top that off Jerica was most helpful and made my day by writing me a note as she could tell I was shook up & just trying to have myself a good day. She made my day & I'll be back for sure. I wish I had more than 1 to tip her.

This last time I visited we had a good experience and the coffee was amazing. And the staff was very nice that time. Get there really early though because donuts are gone later at night. Iced coffee was amazing and had 2 donuts that were incredible. Pretzel Donut and Vanilla Cake Batter

The coffee is mostly always great and I absolutely love the breakfast croissants! But there is a girl there with messy hair, never brushed I guess, who does not have any manners. I always say thank you but she never says you’re welcome back. Everytime I see her she’s always in mid conversation with her coworkers and seems like she doesn’t even want to be there. I’m sorry but she is kinda rude and makes me not want to go that dunkin’ anymore. I love the place but her no....

Short walk from Mayo Clinic. Can't drive to it right now as downtown Rochester is under construction. But, one just opened on West Circle Drive. Haven't tried that one yet as it's always too busy. Definitely will after the novelty wears off.

Only entered a Dunkin less than five times my whole life, but I had to try out the vegan sandwich. The sandwich was REALLY good and even better if you add hash browns with it. I guess my only complaint is that the garbages were full but other than that it was fine.
