Made me feel very uncomfortable. Not the Beaumont experience I was expecting. The doctor didn’t care about how I felt and the staff was just okay. Go somewhere else.

I was at my 2 week post on. I came into the Roseville office and I pulled my mask off my nose for a split second for an itch and Courtney, Receptionist called me out in front of a room full of patients twice to pull my mask back on my nose. I spoke to the office manger and she states that unless, I pretty much pull my mask all the way up she will not speak to me. It's the office staff that makes a Doctor's office and I WILL NOT be back, nor do I recommended anyone to this Roseville office. This is extremely out of hand already.
Clarification: the 1 Star is related to an experience on a Friday, January 24th visit ONLY. This practice has been my source of gynecological care for 20 years. I transitioned to Dr. Paul Nehra after Dr. Anthony Nehra retired. During this time I have been treated kindly while receiving the most professional, thorough and all-around excellent medical attention. I look forward to continuing as a patient. The reason for this review is simply to bring awareness to poor customer service received from a receptionist (?) by the name of April. Without going into great detail on this forum, suffice it to say that she was dismissive, rude, practiced no discretion and generally seemed unconcerned with resolving the ‘issue’ without vitriol. The attitude displayed made me wonder if she spoke to all patients like this or just the ones that...look like me...? At the end of the day, it was upsetting and I am not a fan of the disrespect. Lastly, while *I* know that (at least in this instance) poor customer service is not an indicator of the quality of care/experience received, another patient or potential patient may not. In my opinion, April is not a good representative for Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics and I thought it important to note. 01/24/2020 @ 10:15AM
I had been going to Dr. Anthony Nehra for years and it has truly been a blessing having him as a doctor.
