We were very pleased with the customer service here. Marissa was more than willing to answer all of our questions, she was very conscientious and showed empathy with our situation and needs. We would highly recommend this location. Pricing was very competitive. Would definitely return when in need next time.

I called several days ago looking for compression sleeves and gauntlets and spoke to customer service representative, Marisa Feeley, who was super informative and helpful. Eastside Medical carried exactly what I needed in stock. She suggested calling my insurance company to check my coverage, as they were out of network. I had no luck with the number of other medical supply companies I phoned. In fact, one JUST returned my call today.... FOUR DAYS LATER. (Hanger Medical). I decided to visit Eastside 2 days ago and the Jurzo rep happened to be in the store. I was fitted for everything and ordered my supplies quickly and easily. I was also given all of the forms necessary to submit to MVP, including all of the codes needed for reimbursement. Marisa was able to have my supplies drop shipped to my home, which made things even simpler. I have nothing but good things to say about Eastside Medical Supply!

This is the second time I have worked with this company and hands down one of the easiest things I've done. They are super friendly and efficient. They know exactly what they are doing and help you along the way if any questions. I highly recommend them. I used them first in 2017 and again this year!! Great staff, great company@!!

After being asked by an elderly parent to research power lift chairs i went usual route . www. Decided to use local firms. One call and one text later Marisa and staff at Eastside Med. Supply had a lift chair delivered and installed one day later ! Courtesy and efficient with a product that was beyond expectations . Fair pricing and timely service, mom and I can't thank you enough. On 08/07/2020 (sorry for the delay in posting this on 8/27), Marisa came through for us once again! She was able to find us another lift chair - this time for me! She was able to find a beautiful refurbished chair at a discounted price. Emad and Ryan were able to deliver it that very day!! Thank you, again, Marisa!! You are one of the best and always go out of your way to be so helpful and accommodating!!
