I ordered 1 helmet 1 week ago and the only response I had from them was an email confirming the purchase, but I did not receive any shipping information or when it would arrive, and I already wrote many times and tried to contact them by the number phone that is on the internet page and I have not had any response. The truth is I am very disappointed in the attention they offer

I ordered 2 flashlights for 200 two weeks ago. I instantly got a confirmation emails for the order and charge on my account. Since then, I've sent them 2 emails about if my order has even shipped. But, obviously they were ignored. (COVID IS NO EXCUSE, SO DON'T TRY THAT.) I just left them a voicemail about my missing order and I don't get my flashlights or tracking number on Monday, I WILL BE FILING A FRAUD CLAIM AGAINST THEM. (Order# 5974) If I ever took any amount of money from a customer and ignored their emails for 2 weeks, I would expect them to report me for credit card fraud.

They make my job easier by having product on hand and if they do not have the product in their line they will go and find it.
