This place is the worst bus station in America. Dubbing as a homeless shelter it also has a major lack or knowledgeable staff on the overnight shift. Leaving the attendance booth empty for up to an hour sometimes. The driver always shows up late with an attitude. The driver I had was Spanish with a heavy accent which is cool when hanging out but in a professional setting you definitely want to deal with people you can communicate with. He had low patience with a an heavy accent. I simply told him I didn't like his attitude. But he was really concerned with vivid. Yet late consistently with no explanation until questioned. The customer service was the worst experience. I can remember repeating to myself stop saying you hate the driver. #Annoyingaf smug a-hole.

Good place
Nothing fancy but the benches inside are good for family seating. You have to be buzzed into the bathrooms by the staff. Hours aren't posted so know they aren't 24 hours if you're taking an early trip or waiting.

Very nice and clean has vending machines with sandwich, soda, and coffee machines.
I went with a friend who was going back home. Place was clean and quiet. Polite ticket person.
